Chathamites know that every vote counts. Torontonians just know that they are going to win in the end so they aren't getting in on the action early. How can a city of 40,000 people possibly compare with the hundreds of thousands/millions elsewhere?? I'll tell you how... a lot of grit and spit and sticktoitiveness.
