Happy Valentine's Day!
No time to talk... I have lobster in the fridge upstairs, and am trying to figure out what to do with it for dinner. Broil? Steam? I have never made lobster before, and I would hate to ruin it due to ineptitude!

Are they fresh (live) lobsters? If so there is only one way to cook them, get the pot boiling...
No way were they live! Just the tails, but the little feet were still attached and nearly made me abandon the whole idea. UGH. I wound up steaming them and they turned out great - maybe we will have lobster on the menu more often! (After we win the lottery, that is...)
This is our new favorite picture of the kids. Everytime I look at Mallory's big smile I have to smile too.
