Bloggity blog blog...
You'd think I should be able to figure this thing out, but I can't. How come I always have a big blank space at the top? Or if not, then my sidebar doesn't start til way down on the page? How come my pictures are huge even though I've resized them? Bear with me...

Try using a WIDTH or HEIGHT restriction in the img src tag. I use the same template as you and was having these problems so I put in WIDTH="350" (right before you close the carat on the HTML tag).

Actually, this is weird. First time I looked at your blog you were using the same template, then when I posted the note it changed to the green background. Weird!
Anyway, fiddle around with the width parameter should help.
