Yesterday we took the time to flip Liam's carseat around. Let's hope we don't get pulled over in the next 4 days because technically he is not a year old yet... considering that he has long since passed the weight requirement though... I think we're good to go.
Clearly, Liam is enjoying this new view of the world, but it's not all selflessness that led us to the flip. It's also the fact that, with the seat now facing forwards, it takes up far less room than it used to; finally, the front passenger seat has been moved back about a foot and the passenger can stretch their legs out like a normal person again. Thank goodness!! Plus, the pool noodles are no more. Maybe we can recycle them as actual pool toys this summer if we get a wader pool. Liam isn't the only one whose perspective has changed... this is the new view in the rearview mirror... I can actually see my little man without relying on another mirror to bounce his face back to me.
